Return and Exchange

1. Final Sale Policy

At Tretar, we take pride in the craftsmanship and limited production nature of our collections. To maintain product integrity and operational efficiency, all purchases are considered final sale.

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/model selection
  • Personal preference
  • Delays caused by customs or carriers

Please carefully review product descriptions and specifications before placing your order.

 

2. Order Cancellations (24-Hour Window)

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After this 24-hour window:

  • The order enters processing or shipping preparation
  • The order is considered confirmed
  • We cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds


3. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items Only

We strictly offer exchanges only if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of the issue

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

 

4. Exchange Resolution

If approved, we may offer:

  • Direct replacement (same item)
  • Similar product (if original unavailable)
  • Store credit (if applicable)

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion.

 

5. Conditions for Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Tretar is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

We recommend secure packaging.


6. Exclusions

We do not offer exchange, refund, or compensation for:

  • Incorrect model selection
  • Personal preference
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • User-inflicted damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by external events


7. Customs Duties & International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees:

  • Shipping and return shipping costs
  • Administrative handling fees

may be deducted from any eligible refund or credit.

 

8. Refund Processing (When Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 48 hours of approval
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Please allow 10–15 business days for bank processing


9. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of China.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates become effective upon publication.
